Mental health issues affect more than 1 in 5 adults. That percentage is even higher for neurodivergent people, who can have unique mental health needs. Find out how you can support your neurodivergent team members in being positive and productive.

Meet the instructor
Dr. Rachel Loftin
Dr. Loftin is a skillful clinical psychologist, teacher, and mentor. She is highly regarded nationally and internationally as an autism specialist in psychological evaluation, workplace accommodation, sexuality and relationship education, and unlawful activity. She is the chief clinical officer at Prosper Health and is adjunct faculty in the psychiatry departments at Northwestern and Yale universities, where she teaches about autism and assessment.
