Karilee Taylor

Karilee Taylor is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Specialist. She is also the owner of the Chicago-based business Smaller Size Fitnes. Karilee strives to help people reach their goals by safely building a strong foundation, and then gently challenging them to reach to new levels. She works with clients with unique issues, such as MS, diabetes, obesity, joint replacement, injuries, and senior citizens.
